The following services are offered to provide recycling and income opportunities to residents of Brown County.

Material We Purchase (Prices fluctuate. For the current market prices, please call the recycling station):
  • Aluminum -  Cans, Sheet, or Cast (clean Wire, Wheels, Extrusions, Clips, Turnings, Insulated Wire, Radiators)
  • Aluminum-Copper Radiators
  • Copper # 1 - (clean or clean wire strand larger than a pencil lead)
  • Copper #2 - (with fittings & welds, or clean wire strand smaller than a pencil lead) Thin Copper, Insulated Wire.
  • Brass - Yellow (clean), Red, Hard, Turnings
  • Zinc - Die Cast (clean) & Die Cast (with iron)
  • Lead - Soft Lead, Lead Batteries, Wheel Weights
  • Auto Parts - Radiators with iron, Catalytic Converters (whole), Beads, Honeycomb, Lead Acid Batteries, Transmissions (complete/clean), Aluminum Fenders, Generators, Alternator (free turning), motors, starters, etc.
  • Stainless Steel that is non-magnetic
  • Carbide

Materials We Accept for a Fee:
Television Sets and CRT computer monitors - We charge .40 cents per pound 
 Fluorescent Bulbs: tubes 25 cents per foot.
                               CFLs 50 cents each (compact fluorescent bulbs)
                               Broken bulbs: $2.00 per pound. MUST be in a neat, sealed package
